Trustees of Louth & District Hospice recently invited some of their supporters along to a tree planting ceremony, specifically those who have generously contributed to the purchase of trees and shrubs for the landscaping of Louth Hospice’s gardens.
Members of Linkage Trust can be seen here carrying out the planting, watched by Trustees Jim Waumsley and Doreen Stephenson alongside Barclays Business Manager Janice Whitham, Assistant Manager of local Wilkinsons Store Karen Jaines, Barclays business banking managers, Hospice charity volunteers and the Louth Hospice administrator Bev Petchell.
Bev said: “It is wonderful to see the grounds of Louth Hospice developing so well.
“It will be lovely to watch everything grow and mature over the coming months and years.
“We are extremely grateful to Barclays Bank and Wilkinsons Stores for their generous contributions, not only financially, but their staff and managers have previously helped with planting too.”
