Green-tech has announced the results from their annual ‘Big Green-tech survey 2016’ which are their best to-date.
The survey was sent to Green-tech’s customers at the end of 2016 and aims to discover their thoughts and opinions on all aspects of the business; from their people and products to their ordering, delivery and pricing structure.
Headline numbers from the 2016 survey are:
- 99% rate Green-tech overall as excellent or good
- 98% think the product range is excellent or good
- 98% say Green-tech’s product availability is excellent or good
- 97% think the technical advisers are excellent or good
- 96% rate the delivery service as excellent or good
Chairman Richard Kay says “A staggering 99% of respondents have rated Green-tech as good or excellent overall. This number has remained static from the previous year’s survey which is testimony to our consistently high output and service across all areas of the business.”
In an increasingly competitive marketplace Green-tech are seeing very high percentages. All areas remained at the same levels from the previous year, however Green-tech’s delivery service saw an increase of 2% on the 2015 figures with 96% of respondents saying it is good or excellent.
For every completed survey Green-tech made a donation to their 2017 charity, Physcap, a Yorkshire charity dedicated to improving the quality of life for children suffering from severe physical disabilities, by purchasing specialised and therapeutic equipment.
Managing Director, Rachel Kay said, “I am chuffed to bits with these survey results. 99% of all respondents think that overall we’re good or excellent – this is an amazingly high figure and what makes it more exceptional is this is the second year running we’ve achieved that figure. We work really hard for our customers across all areas of the business and this recognition is really appreciated. We are a genuinely customer focused ethos and invest heavily into facilities, staff training and product development to help us to stay at the top our game.”
