Place Services has promoted Meg Garwood to Principal Arboricultural Consultant, the most senior member of the Arboriculture Team.
Meg joined Place Services in 2015 as Junior Arboricultural Consultant and quickly progressed to Consultant and Senior Consultant before her promotion to Principal.
Meg has been responsible for delivery of a number of high-profile projects, including Forestry Commission Plant Health surveys in the east of England and writing an award winning Tree Strategy for London Borough of Barnet. She is heavily involved in Essex County Council projects, such as the construction of the M11 7A junction, and tree safety and veteran tree surveys on the County Council estate and leads on the delivery of Arboricultural advice to Place Services’ local planning authority clients.
