A new docuseries, The Arborist Innovators and Influencers, looks at the defining moments of individuals from across the industry and the legacy they've built for the next generation.

Produced by Simeon Balsam and Phillip Sutton, the series unveiled a 30-minute preview at German tree care conference, Deutsche Baumpflegetage.

On top of this, its first-ever trailer has been uploaded to Balsam's social media channels, also known as @visual.climber, giving viewers an insight into what to expect from the upcoming seven-part series.

Described as "an idea to bring the largest historical documentary to arboriculture," says the producers, the docuseries highlights major changes that have influenced the way the industry operates today.

Following the likes of John Lloyd, Robert Knott, Jared Abrojena and Fred Hall, the series launches in November 2026.
