Fortis Living appoints Blythe Valley Ltd for arboricultural work

Birmingham-based arboricultural firm, Blythe Valley Ltd, is delighted to have been awarded a six-year contract to carry out surveys and surgery to trees belonging to housing provider, Fortis Living.

The contract, which commenced on 03 January 2015, sees Blythe Valley taking responsibility for the maintenance of over 4,000 trees located across Herefordshire and Worcestershire, ensuring that they are maintained in a safe and healthy condition for Fortis Living’s residents.

The tree stock includes everything from new plantings to mature trees across a range of sites including open spaces and more confined residents’ gardens.

Commenting on the award of the contract, Blythe Valley’s Managing Director, Andy Hall said, “We are delighted to have been awarded this contract which both reinforces our commitment to the Housing Association sector and increases our portfolio with another blue-chip client.”
