Accredited tree surgery company, Artemis Tree Services, has pledged its support to an upcoming charity bike ride organised by Fund4Trees.

Managing director, Simon N’Jie, will be participating in the 15-mile event, which takes place on 14 May around the seaside town of Brighton.

The ride will include ‘pit stops’ for young tree maintenance workshops for children in two schools. As with previous years, these events will be interactive ‘educational workshops’.

Ending with a tree maintenance session for volunteers from the nearby three-acre Racehill Community Orchard.

An additional pit stop for lunch is being sponsored by David Archer Associates: Arboriculture & Ecology Consultants.

The Fund4Trees charity aims to promote sustainable treescapes, promoting urban tree research, conservation and improvement of the natural environment.
