The Arboricultural Association is holding a workshop that is aimed at climbing arborists and practitioners specifying cable bracing of trees as a management option.

It will be presented by Kevin Moore and will include an indoor session in the morning which will go through current guidance and good practice, available equipment, specification and inspection of bracing systems.

The venue has examples of past and present bracing methods used within its trees that will be looked at during the day and practical guidance on the installation of the different systems will be discussed and demonstrated.

Outdoor clothing and footwear will need to be worn but P.P.E. is not required.

Delegates will need to bring a packed lunch or there is catering on site if you prefer. Refreshments in the form of tea, coffee and biscuits will be provided during the day.

The cost of the event is £50.00 including VAT per person.
