The Arboricultural Association is on a mission to champion trees and green equity in its first fundraising campaign.

The Big Give Earth Raise campaign takes place from 22 - 29 April where every donation will be doubled.

The Association comments on its campaign messages:

"We inspire, support and promote the tree care community for a society that better appreciates and cares for trees. Help us to empower people to champion trees where they live and work, and support fair access to trees and urban vegetation."

Dr Emma Gilmartin, senior technical officer at the Association explains, "we aim to rise £5,000" in order to make a "real impact."

Reaching the target will enable the Association to increase events and training, the reach and engagement of our resources and guides, and the activities of volunteer Arb Ambassadors in their communities.
