National green service provider Glendale, has appointed Angus Fraser to the position of strategic sales and project manager in the south east.
This is a new role for the organisation, with the aim of exploring new business opportunities across a full range of green space management services, such as grounds maintenance and tree care.
In his new role, Angus is responsible for generating leads, developing sales strategies to increase growth, and early stage delivery of new business opportunities across the south east of England and London.
He joined Glendale in 2003 as a team leader with one of the company’s housing grounds maintenance contracts, and achieved promotion to the position of contract supervisor within 10-months.
In 2005, he was appointed to the position of manager, responsible for £1.2 million of grounds maintenance business across two contracts, before becoming contract manager for the grounds maintenance element of Glendale’s partnership with Lewisham Council in 2009.
Angus, said: “I’ve been with Glendale for 14-years in a variety of positions and I’m really looking forward to getting stuck into this exciting new role, exploring new opportunities and helping to achieve growth for the business.”

Angus has also been leading on Glendale’s apprenticeship programme in the south east.
