The Parks Trust have reported that 10 trees have been felled on the H8 by Denbigh Hall (near to the Elfield Park roundabout).

The trees, a mix of ash, field maple and alder, are believed to have been felled at some time over the weekend, possibly on Sunday, January 11 and the damage is estimated to be in the region of £20,000.

Thames Valley Police have recorded this as high value criminal damage and if you have any information that might help their investigation please call Thames Valley Police on 101 and quote the crime reference 4315 000 9836.

Rob Riekie, Head of Operations at The Parks Trust, said: “We’re a self-financing charity and work hard to maintain Milton Keynes’ parks and green spaces at no cost to taxpayers, so it’s really disappointing to see this kind of thoughtless damage.”
